“On the good side, as usual, these hotels are always clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. My dislikes were that the ice machine on the second and third floor were not working. The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. ”

“The breakfast was delicious! They allow dogs and have a doggy potty area with doggy bags- which is always a plus. The staff were very accommodating! The rooms are nice and updated. It’s about 25 minutes from UT- the only drawback. We originally picked the hotel because of its proximity to Pellissippi State- but later learned it was a bit far to visit my niece on the UT campus. It is right off the highway but you can’t hear it from the rooms. Many shops located right across the street. ...

“The hotel and room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great and had a variety of choices. The shower pressure was great! My only complaint would be the pillows were not great. Pretty thin & floppy. ”

“Room was full of mold. Bathroom had even more mold. Zero water pressure. No bathroom vent. Staff was super nice and friendly. A/c worked great, which is why we didn’t complain. Would we stay again? No but it worked for time being. ”

“The odor of the room hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. We couldnt even really describe it. The room/property is very out dated. The sheets are worn thin. There was a stain on one of the sheets. The exterior door had and area in the glass that must have been hit by something very hard there were spider cracks in it. The room appeared to have been swept, mopped, and vacuumed but stains remained on carpet area. Dust covered the tattered lamp shade. The remote had electrical tape covering...

“My room was clean, I did find a piece of hair on my sheets. When I greeted by the staff when I checked in she was wonderful. They showed concerned that I did not have air condition in my room. Although I could not change rooms and the air was never completed fixed the entire time I was there. Being in a room by the highway was awful as well. All night and day you could here the traffic on the highway it was awful.Once I was able to log into Marriott the internet was great. There were tons of...
